Terms of Service
Welcome to Yuzu, a mobile application for personalized mobility and stretching exercises. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Yuzu mobile application ("the App") and related services ("the Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. DEFINITIONS
• "User" or "You": any individual using the App. • "We", "Our", "Yuzu": the publisher of the App. • "Content": all information, text, images, videos, exercises, programs, and other elements available in the App. • "Personal Data": any information that directly or indirectly identifies a User.
2. PURPOSE OF THE APP
Personalized exercise programs, progress tracking, recommendations, reminders, favorites and custom sessions. The app is for general wellness and does not replace medical advice.
3. ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS
Minimum age 13; parental consent if under 18. Registration (first name, goals, preferences) and anonymous or permanent account. You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the app for illegal purposes, not to access other users' data, not to copy/modify the app, and to consult a healthcare professional in case of medical conditions.
4. HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Prior medical consultation recommended in many cases (heart problems, pain, injuries, pregnancy, etc.). Practice at your own risk; stop immediately in case of pain or discomfort. Limitation of Yuzu's liability for injuries, worsening of conditions, etc.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the app belong to Yuzu or its partners. Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal use only.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Details in the Privacy Policy (data collected: first name, age/gender, goals, history, preferences, technical data). Secure hosting and GDPR compliance.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
App provided "as is". Exclusion of liability for direct/indirect damages, data loss, interruption, injuries. Maximum amount of damages: 100 euros (except willful misconduct or gross negligence).
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
French law. Free mediation: AME Conso, 11 Place Dauphine, 75001 Paris — [email protected] — https://www.mediationconso-ame.com/ (after prior written approach to Yuzu). French courts have jurisdiction; European ODR platform for EU consumers.

10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Yuzu Gold: monthly and annual subscriptions, automatic renewal via Apple/Google. Billing and receipts via Apple or Google account. Cancellation: Settings > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Subscriptions (Android); effect at end of current period. Free trial: indicated at subscription; automatic renewal at end of trial unless cancelled. Price changes possible; 30 days notice for increases; may cancel before new pricing. Refunds handled by Apple/Google; Yuzu does not handle refunds directly. Full subscription management via Apple or Google account.
